            Prince Pèpin Designs, Inc. (PPD) is a green friendly designer and builder of custom homes for the discerning client.  Our homes are designed to be strong, sturdy and sound proof. 

           All our custom homes are considered to be FEMA equivalent to Hurricane and Tornado Shelters.  They have High Energy conservation ratings and sound proofing. 

          PPD has moved into community development and has taken their strong feelings over community, conservation and environment and interwoven these aspects into their community home designs.  We welcome you to our website and hope you find the various aspects of our nature informative and interesting.
