A Brief Introduction to our Construction |

|
We start with a Structured Insulated Panel (SIPS), which is custom made for us by an Engineering firm in Italy through their factory in Central America. SIPS produced in the United States do not have the ability to be load bearing walls or meet the requirements for FEMA or the Atomic Energy Commission. Our SIPS are able to achieve their status because of the double sets of rebar wire on each side of the SIPS, on which concrete is added.

All utilities are placed within the SIPS reinforcing rebar wire. Therefore, they are given extra insulation value along with greater integral strength.

| We use the double SIPS and triple cement system for our exterior walls. This is why we can withstand almost any natural disaster Mother Nature can throw our direction.

Our internal walls are made from a similar method but use only a single SIPS with double cement. The single unit is large enough for soundproofing and increases the overall insulation factor of the house. Every wall brings structural support and insulation value to the whole unit. Furthermore, we require no additional structural steel for the building unit, as long as; we stay under five stories in our construction. If we go to five stories or above; we require additional support in the form of steel beams. The same methods are used for the creation of roofs and flooring. The entire structure becomes hermetically sealed at the end of the process. There is a special waterproofing material added to the cement before it coats the exterior of the house.
