          The above rendition is one of our custom designs.  It is a combination of old world charm and Southern hospitality.  You feel the Southern charm as soon as you step onto those eight (8) foot wide wrap around porches, which surround the entire house, on both the first and second floors.  The second floor porches flow into two roof top gardens for lounging or entertaining.  Both of these garden areas are situated in a manner to enjoy both water front views and the recreational area. 

          The original house was designed to sit on the shores of a large fresh water lake, with a long dock and deck. 

          The exterior was designed to reflect aspects of the old world in its facade of raw crystallized granite from Northern Scotland.  The granite would gleam like melted silver as the brilliance of the sun glistened on its flowing texture.  The doors also made a major impression with their nine (9) feet of height and hammered copper finish.  They were custom created temple doors from India and sparkled like fiery gold in the light of the sun and glowing embers in the light of the moon.

           The actual floor plan for this home is below and will give you an idea of our attention to detail and design.
